If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, app performance, or other factors that cannot be resolved by our Support Team, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee:

  • 1-Month Plan: Refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • 1-Year and 3-Year Plans: Refund requests can be made within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a refund:

  2. Clearly state the reason for your refund request to facilitate the review process. Refund requests without a specified reason will not be considered.
  3. Respond to the confirmation email from our support representative.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to process. If you do not receive the funds within this timeframe, please contact us again for prompt assistance.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are not eligible for refunds. Please double-check your payment details when using this method, as we are not responsible for lost transactions due to user error.
  • Refunds are not issued in cases of service disruptions caused by governmental or provider-level issues.

One-Time Refund Policy:

Automatic Renewals:
